You are cordially invited to the church ANNUAL MEETING on Monday 8th April at 7.30pm in the Narthex. This is an opportunity for all members on the church Electoral Roll to nominate and vote for our Churchwardens and representatives to serve on the District Church Council (DCC) and the Parochial Church Council (PCC), which includes all the Whitstable Team churches.
There will be 7 DCC vacancies and 2 PCC vacancies to be filled this time, as well as 2 Churchwarden posts. Anyone on the Electoral Roll can stand, so if you, or someone you know, would like to join the church council, you can complete a nomination form beforehand or at the meeting. Forms will be available in church, or ask Isobel for one. It would be great to have some new members on the council.
The annual meeting is a very informal and friendly occasion and apart from the business of the meeting, also includes time to socialise over cheese and wine. Hope to see you there.
